Overview

This is a **courier and logistics website**. It presents a shipping company to the public and gives staff a back office to create and track parcels. Visitors do not register or log in. They browse the company pages, enter a tracking number, request a quote, send a contact message, and pay shipping or clearance fees by uploading proof of payment. When a parcel is created or its status changes, the receiver can get an email and then follow the shipment on a map through Order Confirmed, Picked by Courier, On The Way, Custom Hold, and Delivered. Staff sign in at a separate admin URL. They create shipments (sender, receiver, origin, destination, costs, photo), issue tracking numbers, update the timeline, print or email invoices, review payments, and send bulk emails. A Super Admin can also change site copy, brand colors, payment methods, and other admin accounts. The public site looks like a modern logistics landing page: navy and orange, large photography, service cards, stats, testimonials, and partners. The admin is a dashboard with a sidebar for shipments, deposits, email, and settings. Under the hood it is a Laravel app that was originally an investment platform and later turned into this courier product. There is no customer account area; every shipment is created by an admin, and customers only track and pay.

Features

The system has **no customer accounts or customer login**. Visitors interact with shipments as guests, while staff manage everything through `/nezerlogin`.
#### Public/Customer Side
Visitors can:
* Browse the company website and services.
* Track shipments using a tracking number.
* View shipment status, timeline, location, and map.
* Receive shipment update emails if an email is provided.
* Submit quote/contact requests.
* Pay for shipments without creating an account.
* Upload payment proof.
* Receive payment confirmation emails.

#### Admin Side
Staff access `/nezerlogin` with optional 2FA.
**Admins can:**
* View dashboard statistics and shipments.
* Create and manage shipments.
* Automatically generate tracking numbers.
* Update shipment statuses and locations.
* Search, filter, delete, and bulk-delete shipments.
* Send order/invoice emails.
* Manage and verify shipment payments.
* View payment proofs and export payments to CSV.
* Email individual or groups of receivers.
* Manage their own profile and password.
**Super Admin additionally can:**
* Create, edit, block, unblock, reset, and delete administrators.
* Manage application settings.
* Edit website content and images.
* Change brand colors/appearance.
* Manage payment methods.
### Core workflow
**Admin creates shipment → Customer receives tracking details → Customer tracks shipment → Customer pays as a guest → Admin verifies payment → Admin updates shipment → Customer receives status emails → Shipment is delivered.**

What you need before installing.

This is a **Laravel 8-style application already prepared for cPanel shared hosting**.
**Minimum hosting requirements:**
* Apache with `mod_rewrite`
* **PHP 8.1** recommended
* MySQL/MariaDB
* SSL/HTTPS
* Writable `storage/`, `bootstrap/cache/`, `shipment_photos/`, and `storage/app/public/`
* Working SMTP for emails
**PHP extensions:** `pdo_mysql`, `mysqli`, `mbstring`, `openssl`, `tokenizer`, `xml`, `ctype`, `json`, `bcmath`, `curl`, `fileinfo`, `gd`, `zip`, `iconv`, `dom`, and `simplexml`.
**PHP limits:**
* Memory: 128M minimum, 256M recommended
* Upload: 8MB+
* Post: 8MB+
* Execution: 60 seconds+
* `allow_url_fopen` enabled or working cURL
**Setup:**
1. Upload the complete project, including `vendor/`, to `public_html`.
2. Create/import the MySQL database.
3. Configure `.env` with the database, domain, mail, and application settings.
4. Set `APP_DEBUG=false` and use HTTPS.
5. Ensure the required folders are writable.
6. Make sure the database contains the existing settings, admin account, sessions table, and payment methods.
**Not required:** Node.js, Redis, Supervisor, queue workers, or cron.
**Important:** Use **PHP 8.1 rather than 8.2/8.3** if compatibility problems occur. Also verify that the host allows outbound SMTP.
**Bottom line:** A practical shared-hosting setup is **Apache + PHP 8.1 + MySQL + SSL + writable folders + existing database + SMTP**.
